This alternative vaccine schedule accommodates a caregiver's choice to have their child receive their first dose of any vaccine alone (not combined with others) from their chosen healthcare provider. The PDF is designed so a family can print it out and bring it to their healthcare office for further discussion with their provider and to schedule upcoming shot visits.
