All Alternative Vaccine Schedules

These alternative vaccine schedules accommodate a caregiver's choice to have their child receive any of the following from their chosen healthcare provider: 1 vaccine at a time, up to 2 vaccines at a time, up to 3 vaccines at a time, or first vaccines given singly. These PDFs are designed so a family can print them out and bring them to their healthcare office for further discussion with their provider and to schedule upcoming shot visits. 

Dr. V Vaccine Schedules recommends that children receive vaccines according to the CDC recommended schedule, and a copy of this is also included with the alternative vaccine schedule. 

A document including information on each individual recommended vaccine is also included for further educational purposes.
